Plastic Surgeon

Location: Southwest Florida

Compensation: $250,000–$500,000 base salary + commission

A nationally recognized and highly respected aesthetic surgery practice is seeking a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding team.

This is a full-time surgical opportunity within a multi-site organization offering a broad spectrum of cosmetic procedures in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plastic Surgeon with a commitment to outstanding surgical outcomes and long-term patient care.

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering excellence in cosmetic surgery while helping shape the future of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic surgical procedures, including:
  • Rhinoplasty
  • Face lifts
  • Eyelid surgery
  • Breast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction)
  • Body contouring (e.g., liposuction, abdominoplasty)
  • Conduct thorough consultations, pre-op assessments, and post-op care
  • Ensure surgical suite readiness and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Participate in clinical development, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery
  • Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing cosmetic procedures
  • Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in aesthetic care
