Job Description: 

Title:  PMP Certified Project Manager Location:  Richmond, VA  Duration: 1+ year contract with opportunity to hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the project scope, schedule and budget and reporting to IT management on a weekly basis or as agreed upon.
• Assist the client’s IT Division staff and migration partner queries, coordinating tasks and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and meet key deadlines.

Experience required

• Review, analyze and evaluate user/system needs
• Project management experience with a PMP Certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and XL
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects lasting 6 to 12 months, with teams of 3 to 4 people.
• Process optimization, best practices, change management, facilitation and internal/external consulting is highly preferred.
• Should have excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of applications development
