⚡ Role: Power Trader (Virtuals)

🌎 Location: New York or Fully Remote

💰 Compensation: $150–220k base + 25–30% of book

They’re growing their Virtuals desk and looking for skilled traders ready to take ownership, drive PnL, and thrive in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run and scale a Virtuals book with real ownership
• Use cutting-edge tech and data to execute your edge
• Work alongside a team of high-caliber traders, while having the freedom to trade your own way
• Contribute to the growth of a market-leading desk

• A solid track record in Virtuals trading
• Strong grasp of US power markets and grid dynamics
• Sharp risk management and decision-making skills
