• Opportunity to practice full spectrum Family Medicine (Without OB)
• Outpatient only practice ensuring a balanced work life environment
• Clinical responsibilities to include ages 18 yrs and above, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (2-3 days with Flexible option to extend to Full time)
• 8 hour shift
• No nights
• No weekends

We seek candidates who:

• Must have an active and unrestricted license in the state of AZ
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA registration certificate.

Work Location: In person with option to do Telemedicine one day a week
