We're hiring: Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate – Technology Focus (Los Angeles) We are a dynamic, growth-focused investment firm that deploys flexible capital across equity and credit in the lower middle market. We’re looking for a Private Equity Associate to join our team with a focus on technology investments. This is a generalist role where you’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the investment process—from sourcing and due diligence to structuring and portfolio management. You’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to a variety of sectors and capital structures.
The ideal candidate has:
~2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role
~ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
~ A keen interest in technology and tech-enabled businesses
~ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where initiative is valued
