PROCESS ENGINEER - Dover, NJ

Position Summary:

Our client, a medical device services firm based in Dover, NJ, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Engineer to lead the cross-departmental implementation of our new ERP system. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes across Accounting, Customer Service (CS), Shipping and Receiving (SR), and other functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and cross-functional project management, as well as experience in ERP systems and continuous improvement in a regulated industry.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in process engineering, operations, or ERP-related roles.
• Prior experience with ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, etc.).
• Experience in the medical device or other regulated manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management).
• Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification a plus.
