Locations: Winchester, KY or Orlando, FL (on-site)
Travel: Up to 60%

Compensation: $100,560–$113,130 + 7.5% annual bonus target

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong background in plastics manufacturing (required)
- Injection molding experience
- Hands-on involvement in capital projects and process engineering
