You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role within a cross-functional team, owning the narrative and strategy behind breakthrough technologies that power semiconductor, electronics, laser, and life sciences applications. What You'll Be Doing:

• Product Positioning – Define how precision motion control products are perceived, aligning messaging with technical capabilities and market demands.
• Go-to-Market Strategy – Own the end-to-end GTM process — from market research and competitive analysis to product launches and sales enablement.
• Customer Insight – Engage closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand use cases and pain points that drive buying decisions.
• Content Leadership – Create and guide the development of technical content, sales tools, and marketing collateral that speaks to an engineering audience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as the bridge between engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution across the product lifecycle.

What You Bring:

• Solid background in a technical or engineering discipline — with the ability to translate complex features into clear customer value.
• Proven experience in product marketing or technical marketing within automation, motion control, or industrial technology.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical audiences.
• A self-starter mindset with a strategic eye and a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with motion control systems (servo drives, motors, PLCs, etc.) is a strong plus.
