Production Designer

Location: Frisco, TX 75033 (Hybrid Schedule)

Duration: 3-month contract

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 3 days onsite

We are looking for a Production Designer to join our creative team on a 3-month contract basis in Frisco, TX . This is a full-time, hybrid role with three in-office days per week. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and brings a clean, versatile portfolio featuring both digital and print work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creative team with production design for both print and digital assets .
• Create materials such as postcards, event banners, logos for cups and championship collateral .
• Design digital assets including social media ads, email graphics, and web visuals.
• Work primarily in Adobe InDesign , with occasional use of Figma and PowerPoint .
• Ensure brand identity and standards are applied consistently across all projects.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) .
2. A clean portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.
3. Strong understanding of brand identity and experience applying it across various media.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a collaborative creative team environment.
• Familiarity with Figma and PowerPoint for presentation or digital design work.
• Open to junior-level candidates with the right skillset and portfolio.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong attention to detail and design consistency.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience designing assets for both marketing campaigns and events .
