Job Description

Production Manager

Our client is seeking a Production Manager for their team. You’ll join a fast-paced, growing company that appreciates its employees and offers excellent benefits, like profit sharing, employee stocks, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, and 401(k)!

Responsibilities of the Production Manager

  • Plan production schedule and manage employee workflow in a high-mix environment
  • Lead, train, and provide guidance to team members
  • Analyze delays and recommend improvements to maximize machine uptime
  • Ensure efficient utilization of materials
  • Manage and oversee ERP system for the division
  • Manage department KPIs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Foster a safe, healthy, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment

Qualifications of the Production Manager

  • Familiar with a fast-paced, high volume-manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with machine operation and assembly processes, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (business management, finance, engineering or related field) preferred
  • Business acumen mindset to focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Strong math and financial analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Lean manufacturing experience, Green Belt or Black Belt preferred

This full-time, direct-hire Production Manager opportunity offers $70,668-$85,228/year, depending on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
