Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Program Manager to lead hyperscale data center construction programs across the U.S. This is a career-defining role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of program management, structured cabling, and mission-critical construction.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide program-level leadership, managing and mentoring multiple Project Managers and field delivery teams across hyperscale builds.
  • Oversee 4-6 project managers
  • Ensure financial accountability, including job cost tracking, WIP reporting, backlog, billings, and underbillings.
  • Drive process improvements to increase delivery efficiency, streamline operations, and raise quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and manufacturers, ensuring smooth communication and program success.
  • Align project execution with strategic company goals, influencing the direction of multiple high-impact programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers and large field delivery teams.
  • Proven background in data center construction, low-voltage/structured cabling, or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 100+ field technicians, superintendents, and subcontractors on structure cabling, low-voltage, and security system installations.
  • Experience overseeing $10M–$15M+ budgets and ensuring strong financial performance.
  • Hands-on leadership style — able to connect with field crews, blue-collar teams, and PM staff alike.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal team leadership and external client management.
