The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring successful project execution from initial planning through to final completion.

Responsibilities of Project Manager:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to establish project goals and expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to owners and management.

Skills of Project Manager:

• 7-10 years proven experience in construction project management and delivery.
• Experience with Hospitality, Fitness Clubs, Restaurants, Retail, and Car Washes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for planning and tracking.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
