Job Description

Overview  

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and create and maintain project cost sheet. 
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise. 
• Ensure all construction is completed in accordance with OSHA guidelines. 
• Oversee project cost, scheduling, documentation, and quality. 
• Attend project meetings, create meeting agenda as well as keeping accurate meeting minutes while ensuring good follow-up and ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner. 
• Participates in ongoing training efforts as required. 
• Ensures client needs are exceeded throughout the course of the project. 

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in project scheduling and coordination within the construction industry.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM. 
• Strong contract negotiation skills with attention to detail in documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
