Title: Project Scheduler

Location: Carlsbad, NM

Project: Refinery

Duration: 7 months

Pay Range: $65-70/hour

Per Diem: $125/day

Expected work schedule: 5x10's

Target start date/availability: ASAP, will need 1-2 weeks for onboarding

MOB/DEMOB: Actual & Reasonable Expenses up to $1000

We’re seeking a Scheduler / Project Controls Specialist to support a capital project at a refinery in New Mexico. You will own and maintain a resource-loaded Level 5 schedule integrated with earned value management (EVM). You’ll work closely with project and client teams to ensure accurate progress tracking, reporting, and schedule integrity.

• Manage and update the project’s Level 5 schedule.
• Build resource-loaded schedules tied to EVM and cost.
• Provide progress and resource reports to project and client teams.
• Support project execution and ensure schedules reflect turnaround-level detail.

Requirements:

• Experience with refinery or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software).
• Background in EVM, cost, and resource-loaded scheduling.
• Turnaround scheduling experience is a plus.
