Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: $70K-$85K plus bonus

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and proven experience in the multifamily space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multi-family properties, ensuring maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant satisfaction are effectively managed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with all local codes and regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance, occupancy, and rent collections.
• Conduct regular property inspections across locations in Southern California.

Qualifications:

• Property Manager with 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern California.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
