POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Manager to elevate The 100 Collection™ brand presence in the travel and hospitality industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that showcase our unique value proposition to travel writers, hospitality media, and potential partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with The 100 Collection™ brand values and goals
• Cultivate relationships with travel writers, journalists, and influencers in the hospitality industry
• Build partnerships with other hospitality brands to build value to The 100 Collection™ guests and partners
• Craft compelling pitches and press releases highlighting our properties, destinations, and unique experiences
• Secure media coverage in top-tier travel publications, blogs, and industry outlets
• Collaborate with our partners to identify and promote newsworthy stories and experiences
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management as needed
• Track and report on PR metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal results
• Represent The 100 Collection™ at industry events and trade shows

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong media relations skills and established connections in the travel media landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of securing high-quality media placements
• Experience with PR software and social listening tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Monthly Rate: $70,000 - $110,000
