Job Title : Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Develop execute and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts for various applications and systems.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with development product and design teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Conduct regression functional integration and performance testing.
- Document and report bugs track their resolution and perform retests.
- Participate in sprint planning and provide input on testing strategies and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze test results to ensure software stability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst Software Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. TestRail JIRA Zephyr) and bug tracking systems.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress Postman).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python Java or JavaScript).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Certifications such as ISTQB CSTE or equivalent.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
