Job Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Radiologist to join our team, providing crucial imaging services remotely for patients in Georgia. This fully remote role allows you the flexibility to work from wherever you're most comfortable, all while making a real difference in the community's healthcare.
Practice Setting:
Become a part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with professionals across various departments, including transport/technology, emergency response, and laboratory staff. You'll work with a diverse patient group of all ages, ensuring every scan and interpretation contributes meaningfully to their care. We use Meditech, Power Scribe, and PACS for EMR and dictation, along with Vocera for smooth communication.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10 PM - 6 AM
Weekends: Saturday 6 PM through Sunday 6 AM
All on-call responsibilities are managed during these working hours, allowing you time for rest and personal commitments outside of your shifts.
Cases and Procedures:
Your day-to-day work will include a variety of cases to keep your skills sharp, including:
Cardiac and trauma imaging
MRI, MSK, CT scans
Fluoroscopy and nuclear medicine
Ultrasound and X-ray interpretation
While mammogram readings are not frequent, you'll occasionally interpret these as needed.
Fully Remote Position:
This position is entirely remote, offering the convenience to work from your home or any location of your choice.
Travel and Lodging:
We want to ensure you feel prepared and supported. To help you get oriented, we offer an initial onsite orientation, with travel and lodging expenses fully covered.
