Role/Responsibilities

Experience Required: 6+ years in React Native Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Write and integrate native modules for React Native to enhance app functionality.
• Manage the Android and iOS build processes, ensuring smooth deployment and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Mobile App Development: Extensive experience in developing mobile applications.
• React Native Development: Proven experience in building and maintaining React Native applications.
• Native Modules: Ability to write and integrate native modules for React Native.
• Build Processes: Experience with Android and iOS build processes.
• TypeScript: Strong understanding and practical experience with TypeScript.
• Programming Paradigms: Knowledge of both functional and object-oriented programming.
• Clean Code Practices: Ability to write well-documented, clean, and maintainable code.
• Third-Party Dependencies: Proficient in working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Native Build Tools: Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
• REST APIs: Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing suites such as Jest or Mocha.
• State Management: Experience with Redux and Saga for state management.
• Communication: Strong understanding of communication between native components and React Native.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications & Experience

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning of complex applications.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $50 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $55 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
