In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of real estate research, finance, and strategy , supporting high-level business development efforts through data-backed insights and professional-grade presentation materials. You'll help us stay one step ahead of the market — identifying corporate debt maturities, distressed opportunities, and trend signals that guide where we go next.

This is a high-visibility role on a lean and entrepreneurial team, ideal for someone eager to grow fast, think strategically, and contribute meaningfully.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Research market trends, public filings, and credit reports to uncover actionable opportunities

Track and assess company performance to guide strategic focus

Manage and analyze CRM data (Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn)

Create polished, executive-ready reports and pitch decks

Stay plugged into industry shifts to inform business direction

Support senior leadership with insights that move the needle

The Breakdown:

• 50% Market & Opportunity Research
• 20% Financial Analysis
• 20% CRM & Data Management
• 5% Pitch Deck & Presentation Support
• 5% Operational Overflow

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years in finance, research, or commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of public company filings, cash flow, and capital structures
• Sharp attention to detail, high initiative, and a natural curiosity
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must
