Our client, a leading global bank is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to be the face of their office. This is a long-term contract role, based fully onsite, and requires someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a polished, professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
• Handle mail, deliveries, and courier requests
• Provide general administrative support to the office and facilities team
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally in a corporate or financial services setting
• Needs to be bilingual, Spanish speaking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immaculate presentation and customer service mindset
• Comfortable working onsite five days a week
• Immediate availability
