Overview
This entry level position will report directly to the President. Primary responsibilities are to recruit and hire new applicants alongside the HR and Recruiting Specialist for various positions within the company, from start to finish. The Marketing aspect of the position will include handling all of the social media and marketing for the company.
Responsibilities
Recruiting:
● Post job ads on job sites, and social media
● Daily sourcing of candidates
● Screen candidates at the initial stages and conduct phone interviews
● Schedule interviews and manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
● Enter and maintain applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System.
● Communicate with candidates promptly and promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
● Handle rejection calls and offer letters to candidates
● Participate in various recruiting events, and job fairs around the city and at local colleges.
● Assist with planning and executing team outings and employee engagement events.
Marketing:
● Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with a main focus on bringing awareness to the company
● Create content through design tools, such as Canva

Qualifications
● High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
● Equivalent working experience preferred.

● Excellent communication skills
● General recruiting and marketing knowledge & quick learning skills
● Self motivated in order to maintain daily/weekly goals
● Detail oriented
● Ability to handle fast paced environment
● Ability to multitask
● Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
● General knowledge of Canva, WordPress, and social media platforms
● Prior experience in the industry is a plus
