About the Company :

A client of Insight Global is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join their dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health, skilled in patient care and patience, and committed to delivering high-quality hygiene services.

About the Role :

The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing exceptional oral health care and hygiene services to patients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct oral health assessments and record patient histories
• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and flossing
• Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Monitor and maintain hygiene equipment and supplies
• Provide excellent patient service and build rapport

Qualifications :

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Open to recent graduates
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure in New Hampshire
• CPR certification (training can be provided upon hire)

Required Skills :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional but warm and friendly demeanor

Pay range and compensation package :

• $45-$65 hourly
