Are you ready to bring your care, compassion, and maybe even a little humor to the world of miracles? Sterling Health Solutions is looking for an experienced Fertility Registered Nurse to join a private clinic where dreams become reality (and sometimes little bundles of joy).

What You'll Do:

• Work your magic during IVF cycles , supporting patients through every step of their fertility journey.
• Assist with pre/post-op procedures , ensuring patients feel cared for and informed.
• Educate patients on medications, injections (yes, you'll be a needle ninja), and protocols.
• Collaborate with a compassionate team of specialists in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
• Monitor patient progress, coordinate care plans, and provide emotional support (sometimes tissues are required).
• Stay cool, calm, and collected in a fast-paced setting where every detail matters.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in California (you're legit).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Fertility/IVF Nursing (bonus points for pre/post-op expertise).
• Strong organizational skills-because fertility timelines wait for no one.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to calm nervous patients (and partners!).
• CPR certification (because you're saving lives in more ways than one).
• A good sense of humor-you'll need it when explaining ovulation cycles for the 100th time!

Schedule & Rate:

• Pay Range: $55 - $68/hr (because great nurses deserve great pay).
• Flexible schedule to accommodate patients' needs.
