ABOUT BEER RELIEF SALES: "Typical day" "What you're getting into"
The Beer Relief Sales position is a unique opportunity, which offers Team Members direct training and development for Sales specifically at Bernick's. Relief Sales Team Members are introduced to Bernick's whole portfolio of products, from waters, teas, soft drinks to domestics and craft beers. Our goal is to develop your knowledge of the business and sales skill set to prepare you for obtaining a Sales Route. By partnering with Bernick's Team Members, your Supervisor, and other Area Managers, Relief Sales learn our portfolio, execute sales programs, maintain inventories, and oversee the distribution of products. With effective communication and time management, you will provide exceptional customer service and first-class execution. Our team members will learn something new or at least look at things differently every day. Expect a strong team atmosphere while also being able to set individual goals as well. We not only want you to grow with us; we want you to help us grow too! Strong candidates:
- Are open to learning multiple sales tasks and strategies
- Demonstrate effective time management skills
- Sell and promote Bernick's portfolio of leading brands
- Achieve individual growth goals and team sales objectives
- Must be 21 years of age, have a Valid Driver's License, driving record which meet Bernick's standard, and a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, and/or related field
- Regularly lift and move product weighing 50 pounds
- Are self-motivated and willing to learn
- Have excellent work ethic and a positive attitude

HOURS: Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-completion
- Hours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry
