*Job Summary*
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Remote Quality Control Specialist to join our quality assurance team. As an entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in quality control, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.
*Responsibilities*
1. *Quality Control*: Conduct quality control checks on products, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
2. *Inspection and Testing*: Perform inspections and testing of products, ingredients, and packaging materials to identify any defects or non-conformities.
3. *Documentation and Record-Keeping*: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and deviations.
4. *Deviation Management*: Investigate and document deviations from company standards and regulatory requirements.
5. *Collaboration*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality standards are met.
6. *Training and Development*: Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
*Requirements*
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, such as biology, chemistry, or food science.
2. *Experience*: 0-2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field.
3. *Skills*:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
