Job Description:

As a Plumbing Installer with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, you will be responsible for installing a variety of plumbing systems and components in residential settings. Your role will involve performing precise installations, upgrading equipment as necessary, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and accurate work. You will also be committed to upholding our high standards for customer service and safety throughout the installation process.

Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other equipment in residential settings.
• Perform equipment and parts upgrades as needed to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure installations are efficient and accurate.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential plumbing installation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Salary:

Begin your journey with a competitive training pay rate of $20-$25 per hour. Our Plumbing Installers earn between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers reaching over $80,000 +. With our uncapped earning potential, imagine all the possibilities!
