Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic A.M Server to provide an excellent guest service. We our a proudly serve starbucks. The candidate must have flexible availability that include working weekends and holidays. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Keep register counter, display fridge and Bistro seating areas clean and tidy at all time
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons and in compliance with company standards
• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed
• Prepare inventory as needed to replenish supplies
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
• Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed
• Provide guidance to guests on hotel activities, dining options, and general hotel and regional information
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as Barista.
• Knowledge of use of espresso machine.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks(willing to train)
• Computer/POS system literacy (MICROS)
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the Bistro organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate (Food handler card)
• Mass permit is preferred.(30 days from start date to obtain)
• Must have flexible availability that include working weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Essential Physical Functions: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
