8. Welcome fresh graduates or interns. We are seeking a Russian Server Monitoring Agent (Night Shift) for our mobile games. It is a remote position, working hours are between 19:00-04:00 (GMT +3):

1. Monitoring different game servers between 19:00-04:00 (GMT +3) by utilizing various tools;
2. Noticing supervisors as soon as possible in case of abnormal situations like server issues or a sudden drop in the number of players;
3. Filling reports that demonstrate hourly and daily server & ticket numbers;
4. Proactively obtain information through social media and other channels in case of an unexpected problem;
5. Talking with players through various channels to obtain detailed information if necessary;
6. Attending online weekly meetings.
