Beyond TalentEdge is recruiting for a Sales Account Specialist (SAS). This position is a direct hire opportunity. Located in Rochester, NY, the candidate must live in the surrounding area, there are no relocations offered.
The SAS plays a crucial role in supporting the Field Account Managers and Sales teams by generating quotes, processing orders, and addressing client requests, changes, and issues.

Responsibilities:
Client Support: Work closely with Field Account Managers to address client needs and foster long-term relationships.
Quotation & Order Management: Generate quotes, follow up to secure business, and manage all aspects of client orders, including changes and tracking.
Product Knowledge: Understand supplier products and contract manufacturing services to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
Stock & Order Monitoring: Review open-order reports, adjust stock levels, and address any expedited order or delivery issues.
Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with suppliers to maximize profitability.
Cross-Referencing & Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, part number cross-references, and updated customer drawings.
Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to clients to promote products and services.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve client inquiries.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Confidentiality: High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling client and company information.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in operating standard office equipment (phone, fax, computer) and common software applications.
Education/ Skills:
Education: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of two years in sales support or a similar role. Experience in a related discipline is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, AS/400) is an advantage.
