About the Role

As a Sales Administrative Assistant you will be assisting the sales team with administrative tasks to improve efficiency of time-consuming tasks. This includes assistance with the RFP/bid completion process, COOP agreement/contractual management, Playbook curation/management, sales reporting, meeting management and coordination, and Salesforce administrator duties.

**This is hybrid at out headquarters location in Santa Clara. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000.**

What You’ll Do

• Assisting sales team with completion of RFPs, purchasing contracts, and bids, amongst other sales documentation
• Monitor and manage RFP/bid processes for all customers
• Assist sales team with building/sending quotes to customers
• Playbook creation - develop and curate the Anatomage Sales Playbook, a working guide used by sales team
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments, liaison with internal teams
• Provide clear and complete direction to order processing to reduce any order placement delays
• Create and manage reports for sales team
• Keep records/reports up to date
• Organize/schedule sales meetings
• Accurately record customer-related information in company CRM (Salesforce)
• Maintain existing Salesforce structure while working to develop additional options to improve workflows and efficiencies
• Provide Salesforce training to new hires
• Supporting the sales department with various other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
• 1-3 years experience with using Salesforce.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CRM, Freshsales, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
