Location: San Jose, CA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract on W2 (Temp Role)
Rate: 60-68/Hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead dynamic and interactive requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business groups and guide users toward Out-of-box Salesforce solutions and industry “Best Practices”
2. Adopt a robust analytical approach to evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements, emphasizing cross-functional inter-dependencies
3. Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation, including use cases, and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
4. Work with development, design, and QA teams to ensure the business requirements are implemented and validated as per documented specs
5. Monitor Salesforce Service Cloud upgrades and industry trends , recommending best practices and new features to improve efficiency and leverage native functionality as much as possible
6. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights to stakeholders
