Job Description:

The State of Ohio – Department of Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to work closely with the Salesforce Development team to drive adoption, optimization, and new application development on the Salesforce platform . The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical implementations of customer projects, Salesforce customization, and integration with various technologies.

• Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enhance business efficiency.
  
• Provide consulting and coaching on best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation .
  
• Automate Salesforce processes to improve workflows.
  
• Work with stakeholders to understand project needs and design technical solutions.
  
• Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and SFDX . (4+ years)
  
• Leverage declarative platform tools , such as Process Builder and Visual Workflow . (4+ years)
  
• Manage integrations and execute data migrations for the Salesforce platform. (4+ years)
  
• Create technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations . (2+ years)
  
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications using MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform . (1+ year)
  
• Lead full lifecycle enterprise software projects with cloud computing expertise . (5+ years)
  
• Develop and maintain documentation , reports, and dashboards for the Salesforce ecosystem.
  
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
  
• Develop and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions using various technologies.
  
• Ensure security best practices and system integrity within the Salesforce environment.
