Job Title: SAP FICO Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

We're currently seeking a skilled SAP FICO Analyst to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to their continued growth of the SAP landscape.

Position Overview: As an SAP FICO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules. This position requires in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO processes and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of financial systems with our business operations.

S/4 experience is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO users, resolving issues and providing guidance.
• Lead and participate in SAP FICO-related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO processes and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Analyst, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
