Scheduling/Receptionist
Part Time; 9 am to 1 pm
Compensation: $17 to $19 based on experience.
1 year of Microsoft Outlook experience required, QuickBooks experience a plus.
Scheduling Duties
Coordinate with clients to schedule project and field work.
Identify work requests coming in through e-mail and schedule work.
Identify quote requests coming in through e-mail and schedule sales calls.
Identify parts that arrive and schedule the repairs.
Schedule and assist with remote screen connect services and repair.
Call clients when work is done.
Call clients when field engineers are running late.
Ensure that there are matching invoices to scheduled work.
Receptionist Duties
Receive payments from clients.
Mail invoices from QuickBooks
Check P.O. Box for payments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Interface with walk-in clients.
Pay Bills.
Mail Storage Unit invoices.
Scanning documents and filing.
Shredding paper documents.
Check backup client portal.
Order Office Supplies and Office Services.
