The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can bridge concept and execution… someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker and pixel-perfectionist.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative and Strategy teams to build brand identities, design websites, and develop cross-channel campaigns that make people stop, think, and act. You’ll also help mentor younger designers, ensuring every deliverable that leaves the studio meets Stirling’s standard of clarity and craft.

What You’ll Do

• Design and evolve brand identity systems, visual languages, and guidelines.
• Create digital and web design layouts in Figma for responsive experiences.
• Develop creative for multi-channel campaigns — digital, print, social, email, and environmental.
• Translate brand strategy and creative direction into purposeful, beautiful design.
• Collaborate with copywriters, UX, and developers to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Oversee production-ready files and quality control for both print and digital assets.
• Contribute ideas, critiques, and inspiration that move the work (and the team) forward.

What You Bring

• 5–8 years of design experience in an agency or creative studio setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, web design, and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (bonus for motion, After Effects, or prototyping tools).
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX fundamentals.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to both creative leads and clients.
• A sense of humor and curiosity — you love learning and sharing what’s next in design.
