Job Description

We are hiring Senior Attorneys with 7+ years of family law experience to join our team. We want you to focus on practicing law while we take care of the rest. DFLG provides access the best technology, in-house full-service support staff, intake team, and billing department. Come do what you do best without having to worry about anything else. Applicants must live in Washington, have the requisite experience, be comfortable with technology, and have a sense of humor. Attorneys may choose to work from home, in one of our Seattle-area offices, or a hybrid of both.

The Senior Attorney role requires:

  • Oversee and manage a caseload of family law cases
  • Manage cases from inception to settlement or trial
  • Maintain high ethical standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient and experienced in family law practice in Washington
  • Personable, empathetic, and professional in communications with clients
  • Professional in communications with third parties
