We are seeking a talented Senior Golang Developer with a passion for blockchain technology to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative blockchain applications using Golang. Your expertise will be vital in driving the technological advancements of our blockchain solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily development and operational needs of the reserve team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Foster open communication and collaboration within the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Thrive in a remote-first setting, adapting seamlessly to the unique challenges of distributed teamwork.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on Golang or C/C++.
- Proficiency in using Git within production environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience working with large and complex codebases.
- A solid understanding of design patterns and best practices in software development.
- Proven experience interfacing with various APIs, including REST, GRPC, Websockets, and FIX.
- Knowledge of socket programming (TCP/IP, UDP).
- Experience in writing tests and developing continuous integration pipelines.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to blockchain technology or foreign exchange quant trading.
- Familiarity with software that interacts with EVM blockchains and DeFi protocols.
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS.
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Understanding of accounting or ledger systems.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., Redis).
