Yita LLC, as one of future marketing leaders in e-commerce for Auto-Parts and Furniture has established 5 private warehouses in the United States (Los Angeles, Seattle, New Jersey, Atlanta and Dallas), with totaling more than storage area of 600,000 sqf. Its business ranges from platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Wayfair, Walmart to self-developed websites. By concentrating on demand-driven innovations, YITA is devoted to serve end customers by indicatively-designed products and self-developed brands & systems.

This position is located at our Kent, WA office location to provides HR Recruit support to all our 7 locations across the United States.The idea candidate will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals . Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for resume screening, phone interview arrangement, and follow-up of the on-boarding process.
  2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment channels,social media,develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  3. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  4. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  5. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  2. Ability to conduct different types of interviews (on line / on-site)
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal, teamwork skills
  4. Strong decision-making skills,and be capable working under pressure or multi-task
  5. Experience of warehouse recruitment is preferred
  6. Proficient in Chinese and Spanish is preferred
