Lead U.S. pipeline strategy by facilitating EX pipeline alignment and prioritization discussions, standardize templates and selection process across offices. Lead entrepreneur servicing strategy. Set servicing standard for U.S. Oversee national and international founder onboarding across EX account managers. Centralize U.S. resources and processes. Support U.S. fundraising and partnership efforts. Lead North America access to capital and newsletter efforts. Lead growth service support for accounts. Anticipate the needs of portfolio companies through a unique understanding of their business, growth challenges and Endeavor's portfolio of services. These include working with access to capital team and venture community to support fundraising, working with global endeavor offices to help with expansion efforts, understanding and evaluating talent needs, and much more. Contribute to the creation of new entrepreneur services where required in relevant local markets. Co-lead the collaboration of local portfolio.Job requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, or a related field, PLUS one (1) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: venture capital & fundraising at seed to series B+ stage; evaluating financial statements, including cashflow & projections, debt structure, & working capital needs; managing investor relations; CRM management; entrepreneurial ecosystems incl. working with founders, accelerators, government, investor funds, and angel investors. Travel to unanticipated client and other office locations approximately 30%, as needed. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.40 hours / week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary $94,000/year.
