The Role

The Senior Manager, Global Media Supply Chain will lead key aspects of Fremantle's content supply chain operations through to fulfilment. This role is responsible for the orchestration of the physical and digital delivery of content and associated assets across a wide range of endpoints and specifications. The role ensures high service standards through stable relationships with internal clients, vendors, and effective utilization of Media Asset Management (MAM) systems. This position plays a critical role in aligning fulfilment processes with technical standards, delivery timelines, and cost efficiencies. The Senior Manager will be instrumental in enabling operational excellence, ensuring media meets stringent quality, metadata, and distribution requirements while supporting the performance and development of the team.

* Minimum 3 days in the office, per the departments schedules.

The Scope

This position will manage team of 2+. Operational oversight across regional supply chain activities. Ownership of team performance and delivery Service Level Agreements. Vendor oversight and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Uses in-depth understanding of operational business practices to translate objectives into work plans and procedures
• Contribute to policy refinement and recommended process improvements
• Participate in planning and coordination of wider Media Supply Chaining initiatives with Senior Leadership
• Interacts with direct reports and internal-clients and colleagues in management/customers/ vendors to share information, transact business agreements and improve cross-departmental processes.
• Oversees vendor relationships and with approval some budgetary requirements.
• Manages the work of managers, leads and/or individual contributors.
• Ensures the ongoing training and development of direct reports.
• Manages the onboarding and supports change management for new solutions as the business deems applicable.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong working knowledge of media workflows, metadata, delivery specifications, and file-based QC process
• Experience managing MAM systems and coordinating with technical post-production environments
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive process change
• Proven vendor relationship management and problem-solving capability. Budget oversight and cost efficiency mind

The pay rate for this position is between $110,000-$120,000/year, exclusive of any bonuses or other incentive compensation (if any).
