Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operations, people, and creating exceptional resident experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager who’s ready to take ownership of a community and lead every aspect of its success—from leasing and maintenance to financial performance and resident satisfaction.

As the on-site leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure the property runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

  • Be present on-site daily and serve as the face of the community
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing on-site team
  • Create weekly and daily schedules for office and maintenance staff
  • Ensure consistency, accountability, and compliance with company policies

Drive Financial & Operational Success

  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee rent collections, deposits, and financial reporting
  • Create and execute annual marketing plans to support leasing goals
  • Monitor leasing performance, follow-up, and accurate documentation

Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences

  • Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
  • Build and execute resident retention programs and community events
  • Ensure maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and standards

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years in the housing industry or equivalent experience
  • CAM or ARM certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements
  • Comfortable using property management software and basic computer tools

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and emergencies
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and navigating stairs, ladders, and varied terrain
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
