Job Description

For almost 40 years, FORMA Construction Company has been serving public agencies and private businesses across Western Washington. To expand our passion for working in local communities, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to supplement our growing Marketing Department.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with broader Marketing, Business Development, and Executive Leadership teams to develop, manage, and assist in B2B proposal creation across all project types.

PROPOSAL WRITING

  • Develop compelling proposals, SOQ packages, and presentations for active pursuits. Tailoring each to fit the specific delivery method (GC/CM, JOC, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, LS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather technical information, ensuring content accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Business Development to prepare interview presentation content that is bespoke for the client and project.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

  • Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and presentations that enhance proposal submissions and marketing materials.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant programs, to produce high-quality visual content.

PR & PROMOTIONAL PROJECTS

  • Design graphics for public relations and promotional campaigns (ex. brochures, flyers, digital content, etc.)
  • Communicate within the Marketing Department to align promotional materials with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in planning and executing sponsorships and community events.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Develop and distribute internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations to keep employees engaged.
  • Expect to attend one or two company events each quarter outside of regular work hours.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Curate engaging content for the company's social media platforms by regularly uploading graphics, videos, and posts to each feed.
  • Identify current social trends and understand different tactics to increase digital engagement.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Personal drive, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of teams.
  • 5+ years experience preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Development, or related field in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000, but may vary based on job related knowledge and experience.

This position is in-person at the worksite, full time, Monday-Friday.

Must be authorized to work in the US and provide required supporting documentation.
