We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to develop and integrate next-gen electronic training and combat systems supporting the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC). This role places you at the heart of innovation, working alongside SMEs, System Engineers, and top-tier developers to shape the future of naval warfare training.
What You’ll Do

🎯 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript
Experience with VS Code, JIRA, GitLab, and Linux environments (Ubuntu/RedHat)
Debugging & verification testing experience
Strong technical writing skills for engineering documentation
Agile development experience in mission-critical environments
