JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Digital Growth Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the company’s digital presence, driving organic lead generation, and managing key marketing tools and systems. This position will play a vital role in improving search engine optimization (SEO), website performance, and online visibility to support business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, technical SEO expertise, and a passion for digital marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop and execute keyword strategies, including optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, and listing categories. Utilize SEO tools such as Google Trends, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console for insights and strategy development. Monitor and forecast organic lead generation performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
2. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues impacting website rankings and visibility. Oversee blog content strategies to drive brand awareness and increase organic traffic. Ensure local listing accuracy and consistency across digital partners and third-party platforms.
3. Analyze user behavior and website performance to optimize user journeys and engagement. Implement CRO strategies to maximize website conversion rates and lead generation. Conduct regular website audits to ensure technical health and optimal performance.
4. Lead the integration process for newly acquired locations to maintain SEO and website effectiveness. Leverages SEO tools like SimilarWeb, AhRefs or BrightEdge to monitor and make adjustments to local SEO via Google Business Profiles.
5. Monitor analytics and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
· Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, and page performance improvements.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. · Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
· Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
Education or equivalency:
· Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
