Picture this: you clock in on our Creative Schedule—12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern with every other weekend built in. You walk to your multi-color sheetfed offset press, review the work instructions, SOPs, and control riders, and partner with your crew to bring premium printed packaging to life for healthcare, natural health, personal care, and consumer brands.

What your day looks like

• Prepare and run a multi-color offset press following SOPs, work instructions, and control riders, ensuring outcomes match customer specs.
• Keep a close eye on throughput and print quality, recording data and completing all production documentation with accuracy.
• Diagnose setup or equipment issues, run required tests, and take corrective actions to achieve passing results.
• Cut down on remakes by promptly attributing defects and communicating effectively with downstream operators.
• Handle cleaning and routine maintenance tasks in line with company procedures.
• Hit established setup times and run speeds, sustaining a high level of productivity.

What you’ll bring

• Ideally 3+ years operating lithographic/offset presses or comparable technical machinery experience.
• Familiarity with basic Quality systems and documentation.
• Clear communication skills to translate expectations from leadership to the crew.
• Comfort sitting, standing, and walking for long periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs; frequent twisting, turning, and reaching. Speaking, hearing, and vision are essential.

Compensation

Typical pay range: $24.00 – $32.00 .

This range reflects the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for roles in this job grade. Actual base offers depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
