We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and organized to help pick, pack, and ship orders for our customers. You’ll also handle some light admin work and keep things running smoothly in our shipping area.
What You’ll Do:
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Print labels and process shipments via FedEx, UPS, DHL, Parcel Pro, etc.
• Handle fragile and high-value items with care
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Help with office tasks like answering emails, voicemails, and updating order logs
What You Need:
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse work
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, shipping systems like FedEx, UPS)
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and working with your hands
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• Team player with clear communication
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or fulfillment platforms
• Familiarity with barcode scanning and warehouse systems
