We’re expanding our luxury team at Keller Williams Realty Scottsdale, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented Showing Assistant to support our buyer agents and help deliver a luxury-level client experience.

This role is ideal for a newly licensed agent or someone interested in becoming a Lead Buyer Specialist in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Show homes to active buyers and support the lead agent during the buying process
• Tour properties, refine buyer criteria, and identify new homes that match their needs
• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout their home search
• Drive buyers to homes and provide a seamless, supportive experience
• Work closely with the lead agent to keep the process on track

What You Bring

• Ability to spend significant time driving
• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• Ambition, reliability, and a drive to serve at a high level
• Ability to analyze buyer needs and match them to homes
• A growth mindset and desire for career advancement

Compensation & Growth

Base Compensation + Bonus Incentives OR Transaction Compensation (Split). This role provides a clear pathway to advance into a Lead Buyer Specialist position or other leadership roles within the team.
