Role Description

We’re hiring a Software Engineer (AI) to join us full-time on-site in Austin, TX .

You’ll work closely with the founding technical team to build and scale the systems that power Voxology’s AI-driven automation platform.

This is an ideal role for a hands-on engineer eager to grow in a startup environment and contribute across the stack—backend, frontend, and AI infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy AI-driven products that automate patient scheduling and intake workflows.
• Develop full-stack features across backend and frontend (Python/React).
• Collaborate with the founding team to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and integrations with healthcare systems.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and iteration of new AI-driven features.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in software development (startup or fast-paced environment preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with TypeScript/React .
• Solid understanding of API development, RESTful services, and integrations.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or strong interest in working with large language models (LLMs).
• Basic DevOps familiarity (GitHub Actions, Docker, or AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, cloud services, or AI tools).
• Passion for building products that solve real-world problems in healthcare.

Bonus Points For

• Voice AI, speech-to-text, or conversational AI.
• Healthcare tech, HIPAA-compliant systems, or EMR/EHR integrations.
• Understanding of AI model orchestration, prompt design, or LLM deployment.
• High-growth SaaS experience.
