Responsibilities:

• Educate Homeowners:  Provide clear and engaging explanations of state-backed solar programs, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions about sustainable energy.
• Simplify Energy Solutions:  Break down complex electric bills and solar energy options into straightforward, easy-to-understand solutions.
• Engage in Training and Team Development: Participate in hands-on field training and weekly team meetings to continuously sharpen your skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Schedule Appointments:  Identify and connect with qualified prospects, setting appointments to guide them through their transition to solar energy.
